Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material shifting to the appropriate disposal area of lead 2 KM including Machinery hire charges, Labour, all lifts, transportation and all incidental charges etc. and without damaging existing firefighting pipe lines and any structures in jetty premisesas per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(for fixing of Dock Liner) :

Patching of damaged concrete surface with polymer concrete and curing compounds including form work if necessary, initiator and promoter, available in present formulations, to be applied as per instructions of manufacturer and as approved by the Engineer: ( Thickness varies from 25 mm to 75 mm)

Manufacture, testing and Supply of rubber edge protector / Dock Liner of size200 mm widthx150 mm height of marine grade rubber compounds or other high grade rubber of continuous strip and designed to withstand constant impact and harsh marine environment confirming to the standard specificationwith all fixture / accessorieswith stainless steel bolts 316 of 25 dia bolts including the cost of materials, nut bolts , all fixtures, transportation, loading and unloading and stacking at Departmental yard/store ,incidental charges etc completeas directed by the Engineer in charge.

Fixing of rubber edge protector / Dock Liner of size200 mm widthx150 mm height with available fixtures/accessories for safe guard of jetty R.C.C structures of mooring dolphines, breasting dolphines etc. fixing with stainless bolts 316 & 25mm dia bolts and bolting to the berth structure including the cost of adhesives, labour charges , toolsand plants , machineries, scaffolding ,transportation from departmental store to site including loading and unloadingof materials, floating craft if necessary for fixing of dock liners , incidental charges etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
