| 2 | Fixing prefabricated new mild steel ladders including taking prefabricated ladders to the site from AEN (VSG) store Baina and fixing/ welding in position to the mooring Dolphins as directed including drilling holes in horizontal deck slab, in the fender wall/ vertical surface etc. wherever required as directed, providing and fixing MS anchor bolts 25mm dia and 200mm long embedded 150mm in the concrete including grouting with Lock fix P compound of Fosroc make including scaffolding, drilling machine/ core cutter machine, welding machine, cutting machine, welding rods, safety equipment, painting ladders with two coats of approved anti-corrosive paint over a coat of approved primer, transporting etc. including dismantling damaged MS ladders and stacking at designated place at MM/MPA, MS ladders will be supplied free of cost by department etc. All tools, plants, labour, materials etc. complete. Note (1) Fabricated ladders will be supplied free of cost at AEN (Rly & VSG) store at Baina. (2) Transportation, loading, unloading to be arranged by the contractor for ladders. (3) All ancillary works related to fixing ladders etc. complete. Including additional MS plates, channels required for fixing ladders at position. (4) No additional payment will be done for other related works. (5) Including cost of hiring and operating charges of generator of required capacity for execution of work. |
