Cutting and removal of sampling line and Manhole covers of converter beds:Cut and remove the sampling lines, cutting and removal of manhole covers of catalyst beds to facilitate catalyst discharging, inspection, catalyst re-charging etc.Fix back & full weld all covers, fix the sampling lines & after catalyst charging.Any repair work on the manhole area shall also be done.

Arrangement of Catalyst sieving Machines and catalyst discharging pipes. Arranging catalyst Sieving Machine along with dischage chute / pipe to converter beds(to all 4 beds of converter if required), transportation, repair, modification if any of 2 numbers of sieving machines including system overhauling& replacement sieve mesh with new (two types) as per instruction to facilitate smooth discharging of catalyst. Dismantle and transport back the Sieving machine, piping arrangements to the earmarked area after the work and site cleaning.

Replacement with new / repair of Catalyst Support Grid of Converter.Collection of new catalyst Grid from stores, Replacement / repair of Catalyst supporting grid, levelling of grids and and locking with steel wire as per instructions. Transport the damaged grids to area earmarked.

Replacement of Converter Grid Supporting BeamCutting and removal and lowering of existing damaged converter grid supporting beam, repair of beam supporting area, collection of new beam from stores, lifting and erection of new beam, properly supporting and fixing the same as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.Transport the damaged beam as per instructions

Replacement of damaged supports of Converter internals.Collection of materials from store fabricate ,replace and full weldthe damaged Converter internal damaged grid supports, peripheral ring, partition plates ,partition plate supports, central duct ,and other internal supports after arranging necessary scaffolding and proper supports. Cut & remove the existing damaged portions as per instruction of the engineer in charge. Clear the site off scrap and transport the scrap to scrap yard.

Replacement/repair of damaged partition platesCollection of materials from store fabricate ,replace and full weldthe damaged Converterpartition plates with 304 plates SS after arranging necessary scaffolding and proper supports. Cut & remove the existing damaged portions as per instruction of the engineer in charge. Clear the site off scrap and transport the scrap to scrap yard.
