Reconditioning of filter leaves: Prepare a treatment solution in the treatment pit, remove the damaged filter leaf from filter, transport to treatment pit, clean the leaf to remove cake, thorough water wash, immerse the leaf in treatment solution overnight (16 hrs. Maximum) with wooden packing in between the leaf, remove the leaf and again water wash, remove the mesh from leaves, repair the frames and plates if required, provision of new mesh after due preparation with new bolts, nuts, washers and keep the completed leaves as spare in a suitable location as per instruction

Replacing damaged filter leaf:Remove the damaged filter leaf, provide reconditioned / new filter leaf with proper ‘O’ rings after thorough cleaning of the holes and fix the leaf with bolts and nuts-if required or provide plug and weld as per instruction
