Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brushwood, trees etc from water body /marshy areas (wet and dry as per site condition) and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. Including all T&P, boats, brush cutter and any other machines.

Clearing and removing all types of aquatic weeds, emergent vegetation, wild jungle, hyacinth, and other unsolicited growth from the designated waterbody/marshland area, including but not limited to sections with deep water, shallow water, mud, or dry patches, and disposing of the cleared material off-site, all complete as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.The work shall include, but is not limited to, the following:Complete Removal: Eradication and removal of all floating, submerged, and emergent aquatic vegetation, wild jungle growth on banks, and any other debris from the entire demarcated surface area and adjoining banks to achieve a visually clean and clear water body.All-Inclusive Scope: The work is comprehensive and the quoted rate shall be all-inclusive. The contractor must account for all site conditions (varying water depths, sludge, access difficulties, etc.), labor, machinery (including mechanical harvesters, boats, etc.), tools, safety equipment, transportation, and all other resources required for the successful completion of the work. No extra payment shall be made for any reason whatsoever.Disposal: Transportation of all cleared material from the site to an environmentally approved disposal location. The cost of transportation and any tipping/disposal fees shall be borne entirely by the contractor.Measurement & Reporting: The basis of payment will be per square meter of the actual area cleaned. The final area will be determined via a digital Total Station Survey (TSS) or equivalent method, conducted post-cleaning. The contractor must submit a detailed completion report with certified survey data, date-and-time stamped pre-work and post-work photographs, and high-resolution aerial (drone) and ground-level videos as proof of completion

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

NOTE :-1. Payment for waterbodies at (a) Dist. Park Pitampura, (b) Land as Green Area, Jahangirpuri behind Sanjay enclave (c ) Dist. Park Harsh Vihar shall be made in item no. 1.2. Payment for waterbodies at (d) Dheerpur and (e ) Coronation Park shall be done in item no. 2.3. For measurement & release of payment, the contractor shall submit the Total Station Survey (TSS) of the entire lake area at their own cost. The TSS shall be prepared with square grid, drawn to an appropriate scale such that each grid represents an area of 5 m × 5 m on ground.
