Providing & laying of 15 mm thick (average) rubberized flooring on the existing peripheral pucca paths in park as per detail given below (i/c cutting, removal & disposal of damaged or distorted portion of existing rubberized flooring) A. 1st layer PU/Primer coat on existing hard base. B. 2nd layer of 9mm thick synthetic rubber cushion shock pad. C. 3rd & top layer 6mm thick coloured EPDM rubber Granule Glue PU binder superior. All complete as per direction of Engineer- incharge and manufacturers specifications.

Pressure cleaning of existing synthetic rubber flooring laid on pathways in parks, including thorough washing with water under pressure, scrubbing with mild non-abrasive detergent/soap solution, removal of dirt, stains, mud, algae, moss, and other foreign deposits, and restoring the surface to a clean and usable condition. All tools, equipment, labour, consumables, and water required for the work shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. The work shall be carried out as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, ensuring that no damage is caused to the synthetic flooring surface, joints, or adjoining structures.

Terms & Conditions:1. All the complaints regarding maintenance must be resolved within a period of 7 Days otherwise a penalty of Rs. 1000/- per complaint per day shall be imposed andwill be deducted from the running/ final bill.2.
