To paint above area with 4coats of Epoxy Paint by airless spray (2 coats primmer+ 1 coat sealer + 1 coat Finish).Paint PPA Supply. |
| 4 | The entire under water portion and hull portion above water line upto Main deck area, main deck area including Rudder,Bilge Keel, Sea Chest ,super structure, steering platforn are thoroughly cleaned, Scrapped to remove marine growth, rusts etc and blasted with purely copper grit, no contamination of foreign materials. (SA 2.5 grade) and show bare surface for inspection. |

| 6 | Propeller and Propeller Shafts to be removed form it\"s place,Propeller to be separated from Propeller shaft.The gland packing area of shaft to be built up by Stainlees steel 316 wireTIG welding and shaft straightness to be checked on lathe and if required necessery action to be taken for straighting of shaft. The shaft machining to be carried out on gland packing area then final straightness of shaft to be checked with flange. Then the Propeller and Propeller shaft to be fitted in position with new gland packing and new stainless steel nut & stud (stuffing box gland).To quote including cost of materials. |
| 7 | Cutlass bush of forward and aft to be removed from it\"s place and new neoprene rubber cutlass bushare to be volcanised and placed at it\"s position. To quote including cost of materials. |
| 8 | To remove the \"D\" Type fenders from Port, Stbd, Stern. Top and bottom fender holding plates cropped and renewed with 10mm thick/ 75mm width MS plate through full run welded. Holding plated to be strengthened by fitting stiffeners on top and bottom as required. New Neoprene \"D\" Type fenders (Solid, No hallow in center) are to be fitted back with new GI nuts, washers and bolts at a space 0.5mtrs. between the bolts. |

Steel platings along with frames, beams, brackets and all the required fittings shall be renewed as required at the following loactions as per the normal practice of ship construction / IRS Construction Rules.(a) Hull plating (under water & above water)(b) Main deck platings.(c) Under Deck Bulk Heads(d) Sea Chest Platings(e) Skeg, Bilges and Rudder(f) Frames and stiffiners inside(g) Any other steel structure as required by PPA(h) Engine room floor plates securing angles, stair case, man hole covers etc. Firm to Quote above steel renewal including cost of Steel per Ton basis. M.S Plate to be Marine Grade, Shell Steel only. (6mm/8mm thickness will be used for renewal of plating and structures AH36 only). All supporting documents related to Shell Steel to be submitted in Original before commencement of steel work. IACS approved welding rod to be used for all steel work.
