Rectifier - OEM M/s L&T, Mumbai:Carry out complete overhauling of the rectifier (415V to 24V DC). Replace 04 Batteries (12V 200 AH Maintenance Free), check tightness of connections, check and replace all fuses, calibrate and replace 02 Ammeters (0-200A & 0-250A) and 02 Voltmeters (0-50V). Repair/ replace defective components. Satisfactory trials to be offered to ship staff.NOTE: Vendor should consider and supply all required spares to complete the job

Window wiper - OEM - M/s Speich, Italy:Check the condition of magnetic actuator. Check position of Switch inside the motor case.Repair/ replace defective components. Satisfactory trials to be offered to ship staff.NOTE: Vendor should consider and supply all required spares to complete the job.

Shore Supply Connection Box - OEM M/s L&T, Mumbai:Calibrate the following panel instruments/metres: - (a) 02 Voltmeter (0-500V)(b) 02 Phase sequence meter(c) 02 Frequency meter (45-55 Hz)(d) 02 Ammeter (0-1600A)Repair/ replace defective meters. Satisfactory trials to be offered to ship staff.NOTE: Vendor should consider and supply all required spares to complete the job.

Shore Supply Connection Box - OEM M/s L&T, Mumbai: Crimping and dressing with R,Y,B heat sink sleeves of 36 nos. 300 sq mm cable heavy duty copper lugs of shore supply cable.NOTE: Vendor should consider and supply all required spares to complete the job.

Check Fire Bell (Model-IP44) - OEM- M/S Waves Electronics:Frequent defects observed in various places of Check Fire Bell system view deterioration/ damage of existing cables at all 16 positions. New cabling (4 Core) to be carried out from Forward Exchange lobby (Deck 10) to all 16 positions, approx length 300Mtrs. Satisfactory trials to be offered to ship staff.NOTE: Vendor should consider and supply all required spares to complete the job.

Shaft Earthing Device:(a) Check the grounding assembly for cleanliness.(b) Inspect and clean slip ring face, brush and brush holder. Replace worn out parts.(c) Measure brush wear down and adjust the compression of hold down springs on the brushes to ensure good electrical contact.(d) Check the condition of stain less steel clamp. Renew if required.(e) Measure shaft potential with respect to hull from Millivolt meterSatisfactory trials to be offered to ship staff.NOTE: Vendor should consider and supply all required spares to complete the job.
