Routine and preventive maintenance of following water coolers (WC) and reverse osmosis (RO) systems including daily checking of ROs, WCs, cleaning, servicing, adjustment for their proper functioning, measurement of input output TDS level, PH value of water in ROs, prevention of any leakage, minor repairing and replacement by providing following standing technicians who shall be present at site on daily basis in general shift or as to be fixed by the Engineer-in-charge, responsible for immediate attending of all problems etc., maintaining of registers (to be provided by contractor) complete as required including providing minimum consumables, tools and instruments complete as per contract terms and conditions. MANPOWER: Biometric & Manual Attendance shall be maintained. Min. Wages as per CLC shall be paid. EPF & ESI shall be complied mandatorily as per terms and conditions of the contract.Skilled Grade (Technician) - 04 (Four)Helper - 02 (Two)(01 job means carrying out the maintenance as per above for a period of one month)
