Of 75mm compacted thick (the blindage material shall have PI value less than 6%) including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarry to worksite and stacking to departmental gauge for pre-measurement as directed by the departmental officers including labour for spreading metal and gravel hand packing to camber and grade lines blinding with required quantity of gravel forming edge bunds watering with all leads for good water slurrying rolling and consolidation by power roller and finishing has per MoRT&H 404 (III revision) including hire and fuel charges for power roller and water sprinkler and all other tools and plants employed therefor and all other incidental charges etc., complete for top layer.

Providing and laying tack coat over the WBM surface using 4.00 Kg of bituminous emulsion for 10 sqm. Including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by the department at section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying tack coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MoRT&H specification.
