Module efficincy >15.8%, fill factor>0.7, module will be free of PID, module connector suitable for MC4/Bizlink and jucntion box with minmimum IP 67 rating. Module NOCT will be 45±°C with temperature coefficient of power <0.4%/°C, and will be suitable for operation from -20°C to +60°C ambient temperature. Modules will be combined to make array & string of panels to maximize power output along with supply and installation of necessary accessories like fuses, array/string junction box etc., Modules will be certified forrelevant dust standards (Applicable standard would be IEC 60068-2-68). Modules shall be deployed with RF id tag inside lamination as per MNRE guidelines. Guranteed electrical degradation of power generated not exceeding 20% of the minimum rated power over the 25 year period and not more than 10% after ten years period of the full rated original output. Modules shall be certified as per IEC 61215-Edition -II, IEC 61646 and IEC 61730-1 & 2 and other applicable IEC/IS standards.Note- (i) Modules shall be suitable to fit in existing space at site and suitable for replacement of existing model of module at site of TATA model No GXT MT-LB 6KVA. |

| 8 | Taking down HT Switch gear vaccum circuit breaker of capacity upto 1200 Amps, 12kv/11KV,ABB make for carrying out following repairs, overhaluing, servicing, preventive maintenance and reflixing the same after carrying out repairs / overhauling complete all as specified and as directed.(a) Tripping off the breaker, rackout the breaker complete from the panel along with trolly for servicing / inspection/ overhauling.(b) Servicing / inspecting/ checking automatic safety shutter operation for service ability and replacement of spares if required.(c) Servicing /inspecting / checking of busbar spout and circuit spout connections for RYB Phases and replacement of spares if required.(d) checking of breakermechanism assembly, fixed contacts and cuurrent carrying parts of the breaker, trolley, insulated asembly etc.(e) setting, reassembling, cleaning adjustment of fixed contacts main contact, acring contact and moving contact for proper setting of auxiliary contacts operatingg mechanism. (f) Servicing / inspecting / checking of secondary socketd / busbar earthing plugs / earthing sockets and replacement of spares if required.(g) checking, setting and adjustment of rackin and rackout operation of the breakedr trolley.(h) Decarbonising of busbar and connected items.(j) Lubrication and greasing of all moving parts of the trolley, stopper bolt for proper operating.Note : (i) The rate quoted shall be deemed to be include for necessary T & P, Nuts, bolts, washers, gasket, insulation tape, HT Sleeve, monoplast compound to put in to the VCBs and paneles in serviceable condition, testing and commissioning(ii) Replacement of defective parts of the VCB Shall be measured and paid separately. |

Note:- the rates quoted is deemed to be included the cost of necessary labour charges for drain out transformer oil, opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts washers etc. Note Winding of transformer shall be measured and paid sepeartly in respective items. |
| 11 | M&L for rewinding of HT/LT coils with copper wire DPC/super enameled high quality matching with existing gauge and impedance including all type of insulating material( paper/Cloth) in each layer or winding complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) The rate quoted against the item is inclusive of cost of all type of insulating material and heating/varnishing etc and transportation from site to workshop and back to site. (ii) Item will be executed after pre- board of officers conveyed by GE in presence of competent testing authority. (iii) The transformer rating, Insulation testing, dielectric strength, copper and iron losses testing will be executed after rewinding and rating of transformer should match the original one. (iv) Contractor has to arrange the same rating backup transformer during the repair period. (v)lamination and oveningin proper manner at workshop carefully for taking out servicable/unservicable HT/LT coils from the limbs complete all as specified and as directed.(vi) The rate quoted against the item is inclusive of cost of all type of insulating material and heating/varnishing etc and transportation from site to workshop and back to site.( vii) Item will be ececuted after pre- board of officers conveyed by GE in presence of competent testing authority.(viii)re-arranging the top lamination cover coils in proper manner including fixing of top channel soldering in between coils as necessary and brazing or star delta connection with tap changer complete all as specified and directed. (ix) The rate quoted against the item is inclusive of cost of all type of insulating material and heating/varnishing etc and transportation from site to workshop and back to site. (x) Item will be ececuted after pre- board of officers conveyed by GE in presence of competent testing authority. |
