| 1 | Disconnectingthe electric supply, removing the HT and LT cable connections and taking out the transformer of capacity 3500 KVA from the platform, lifting the transformer with suitable crane, loading into the goods carrier and shifting the transformerto an approved factory (workshop) for reairsand transporting back installation in its original location including connection of HT and LT cable connections all as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note : Repairs to tranformer and testing will be measured and paid separately |
| 2 | M&L for draining out the transfomer oil, removing the inspection cover, lifting the core with suitable crane and removing the winding from the core replacing the unserviceable insulation of LV coil, HV coil and rewinding the unserviceable HV, LV coil turns with new electrolytic copper conductor, drying of core and winding in the oven upto required IR values, assembling the core with new insulation, replace the unserviceable LT, HT bushing washers, oil seal, gaskets of inspection cover with new ones, conduct all testing, commissioning complete for 3500 KVA Transformer all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : HT / LT bush, transformer oil, LV, HV coils, inspection cover gasket and testing of transformer will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. |
| 3 | M&L for making HV / LV coil insulation with required gauge of craft paper cotton tape as per specification of old transformer of capacity of 3500 KVA complete all as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. |
| 4 | M&L for making HT coil insulation with required gauge of craft paper cotton tape as per specification including copper wire of required gauge as per specification of old transformers capacity 3500 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge. |
| 5 | M&L for conducting oven charges for removing of moisture and cure insulating varnish leading to electrical failure so as to restore electric strength for 3500 KVA capacity Transformer |
| 6 | M&L for conducting the following tests after repairs of transformers capacity upto 3500 KVA including submitting the test report.(a) I.R values of HV to LV, HV to Earth and LV to Earth.(b) winding resistance.(c) Ratio test(d) No-load test(e) Short circuit test(f) Dielectric strength of oil(g) Transfomer tap switch positionsNote: contractor shall arrange all measuring instuments / equipment for testing of transformer. |
| 7 | Supply and fix HT / LT porcelain bush rods and Top cover gaskets suitable for any make of transformer of capacity 3500 KVA all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge |
| 8 | M&L for servicing of OLTC of 3500 KVA capacity Transformer includes draining the transformer oil and inspect the die electric strength, check for wear & tear, pitting and carbon buildup on the arcing and selector contacts, assess and replace the worn or damaged components like contacts, springs & gaskets with newone, inspect & lubricate the drive mechanism inside the diverter switch, control circuit and also inspect the control cabinet incl motor drive panel and tests its proper operation and do the adanced electrical test like Dynamic Resistance Measurement (DRM) if needed all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 9 | Supply and replacing of transformer oil conforming to IS: 335 (1993), dielectric strength not less than 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap in various capacities distribution transformers installed at various indoor and outdoor sub stations complete all as specified and directed.Make: Power oil / SERVO / Castrol / Shell. |

| 13 | Supply, testing & commissioning of 132 KV, horizontal double break isoltaors, 3 pole, 40 KA centre post rotating horizontal double break type isolators suitable for upright mounting with motor operated mechanism for main switch & motor operated earth switch (ie mechanically gang operated) with all accessories required for normal operation of the isolator, with support insulators, but without supporting structure and without terminal connectors for 1600 Amps with one earth switch configuration (Aluminium design) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
