| 3 | M&L for laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) granular sub base course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified Table 400-1 of MoRTH specificatons for Road and Bridge works, 2013 in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel , crushed stone, crushed slag or combination there of as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and levelling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the maximum dry density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013. |
| 4 | M&L for WMM laying and compacting 150mm thick (compacted thickness) ladi in two layers Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per Table 400-13 of MoRTH specificatons for Road and Bridge works, 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. The finished surface tolerances to be as per table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for road and bridge works 2013. |
| 5 | M&L for applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WMM/WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013 using mechanical sprayer, complete all as specified and directed |
| 6 | M&L for applyingevenly a tack coat of bitumen VG-10 grade conforming to IS: 73 at a rate of application of 0.3-0.4 kg/ sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer, complete all as specified and directed |
| 7 | M&L for premix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content by weight of total mix (using paving bitumen VG-30) laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber rolled/laid with power roller (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) including preparation of area before laying of macadam complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- i) Exact quantity of binder to be used shall be ascertained by Design mix. ii) Minimum 4% of binder shall be used. However incase more than 4% of binder content is required as per design mix,the same shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost. |

| 9 | Material and Labour for bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (paving bitumen grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix spread evenly with mechanical paver to desired thickness and to the correct camber, rolled and compacted to required camber & gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller/vibratory roller/double drum or tandem roller as suitable complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | M&L for 100 mm thick (Consolidated) moorum/red bajri in formation, berms etc. spreading, compacting and rolling shall be done by 8-12 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 15 | Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and directed. |
