1	Maintenance and attending break down of LT over head lines and under ground cables upto LT terminals of transformer to ACBs/MCCBs of LT panels of sub stations and upto main distribution boards at buildings, over head lines, street lights including attending minor repairs and day to day maintenance of LT panels for smooth and trouble free LT power supply , rectification of minor defects to electrical controls and accessories and attending break down at any time round the clock all as specified and directed.
2	Note : The rate quoted is inclusive of the following :-(a) Attending minor repairs/breakdown without involving any new materials shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate (b) Major repairs/break down involving supply and fixing of materials such as cables, cable joints MCCBs etc are outside scope of contract(c) Preventive maintenance of LT over head lines such as cutting/trimming and clearing of tree branches/plants in and around to a distance of 1.5m from both side outer edge of ACSR conductor including disposal to a distance of n.exc. 50m restringing the ACSR conductor, tightening/renewalling of spacers clamps, jumpers fuse wires etc. and minor repairs to panels/ACBs/MCCBs etc. complete.
3	Repair/ maintenance of LT panel board/fedder piler box by taking shut down, cheaking of loose contact & tightning all nut bolts, removing of dust by air blower, removing of carbon particles, rubbing of heated portion of busbar and cleaning complete by means of CRC-226/ petrol tightening of all joints in busbar, cheacking of earth and neutral voltage removal of foreign obects, replacement of damaged/burent/rusted lugs, thimbles, nuts,bolt washers etcand tightening them properly complete all as specified and directed by EIC
4	M&L repairs & overhauling of LT ACBs of any capacity of any make by removing out the breaker form the respective panels after taking proper electric shut down & disconnecting the breaker, checking it throughly for the defects & tripping system of the ACB and rectifing them, lubricantion of moveing contacts, overhauling of the ACB, replacement of wornout minor spares like springs, washers, levers, nuts & bolts etc reassembling, reinstallation, testing & comissioning of ACB complete all as directed by EIC. Note: (i) Cost of lubricants, cleaning agents, testing tools and minor spares shall be deemed to be including in quoted rates.
5	Supply, installation, comissioning and teasting in replacement ofout door type LT panel of approved make, CPRI approved, make, fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA steel sheet powder coated, double door with and incl MS angle iron (40x40x6mm) base frame, cubical type mounted, dust and vermin proof, both side open and locking arrangement, danger board plate,Cable gand, bottom with detachable plates, front and rear with hinged type door and locking arrangements, chamber for cable entry and exit,chamber for aluminium bus bars including aluminium busbars 4 Nos,1008 Amp on phase & neutral, 415 volts, properly insulated aluminium bus bar capacity insulated with colored PVC sleeves mounted on suitable insulators and separators, holes drilled for connections including panel shall be mounted on brick work plate from duly plastered and PCC coping work on top surface height shall be 0.60 Mtr above the GL and 0.40 Mtr all aroung the FPB complete all as specified and comprising of the followings:-

14	Supply and replacement in repair of danger notice board 1.6mm thick M.S sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bone in signal red colour and fixed with M.S clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT 20x15cm size complete all as specified and directed.
15	Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m deep for foundationof poles/stay/cable etc including getting out insoft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
16	Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeking 25 cm in hard and dence soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
17	Removing excavated material n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
18	Supply and filling fine ganga sand to the full width of trench for cushioning of cable for cable protection including spreading and punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note:- For payment purpose , punned thickness of sand shall be measured.
19	M&L for burnt old size bricks, sub class B brick laid dry flat with width equal to length of whole brick, as cable protection complete all as specified and directed.
20	M&L for Plain cement concrete (1: 2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates ) as in stay filling or pole coping etc including necessary form work for rough finished surfaces completeall specified and directed.
21	S&F in replacement of GI tubing lightgrade 50mm dia with all fittings laid in trenches/fixed on wall/ceiling including dismantling of old pipe etc all as specified and directed.

14	Supply and replacement in repair of danger notice board 1.6mm thick M.S sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bone in signal red colour and fixed with M.S clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT 20x15cm size complete all as specified and directed.
15	Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m deep for foundationof poles/stay/cable etc including getting out insoft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
16	Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeking 25 cm in hard and dence soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
17	Removing excavated material n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
18	Supply and filling fine ganga sand to the full width of trench for cushioning of cable for cable protection including spreading and punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note:- For payment purpose , punned thickness of sand shall be measured.
19	M&L for burnt old size bricks, sub class B brick laid dry flat with width equal to length of whole brick, as cable protection complete all as specified and directed.
20	M&L for Plain cement concrete (1: 2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates ) as in stay filling or pole coping etc including necessary form work for rough finished surfaces completeall specified and directed.
21	S&F in replacement of GI tubing lightgrade 50mm dia with all fittings laid in trenches/fixed on wall/ceiling including dismantling of old pipe etc all as specified and directed.
22	S&F in replacement of GI tubing lightgrade 80mm dia with all fittings laid in trenches/fixed on wall/ceiling including dismantling of old pipe etc all as specified and directed.

Note : If cleaning not carried out as per the given time double panalty of the quoted rate shall be recover from the Contractor.
46	Taking out from tranches/duct/floor/wall/roof/ under road / drain or hardstanding etc old existing underground XLPE aluminium conductor LT cable of size 2 to 4 core x 10 sqmm to 400sqmm for checking the serviceability of cable and making good the distrubed surface to original postion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
47	Re-laying only or fixing or passing through pipe, in pole/ duct/trench/under road/ hardstanding/wall/roof etc 2 to 4 core x 10 sqmm to 400 sqmm 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC sheathed old unserviceable cable after checking of any of fault (if any) by inspection/using equipment/ meggering as required complete all as specified and directed by providing lugs/thimbles/glands/ferrul by compression arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
