| 1 | Maintenance and attending break down of LT over head lines and under ground cables upto LT terminals of transformer to ACBs/MCCBs of LT panels of sub stations and upto main distribution boards at buildings, over head lines, street lights including attending minor repairs and day to day maintenance of LT panels for smooth and trouble free LT power supply , rectification of minor defects to electrical controls and accessories and attending break down at any time round the clock all as specified and directed. |
| 2 | Note : The rate quoted is inclusive of the following :-(a) Attending minor repairs/breakdown without involving any new materials shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate (b) Major repairs/break down involving supply and fixing of materials such as cables, cable joints MCCBs etc are outside scope of contract |
| 3 | Repair/ maintenance of LT panel board/fedder piler box by taking shut down, cheaking of loose contact & tightning all nut bolts, removing of dust by air blower, removing of carbon particles, rubbing of heated portion of busbar and cleaning complete by means of CRC-226/ petrol tightening of all joints in busbar, cheacking of earth and neutral voltage removal of foreign obects, replacement of corroded glands, lugs, thimbles, hinges, doors lock, door knobs, gaskets, busbar sleevs (red, yellow, blue & black ) sets, nuts,bolt washers etcand tightening them properly including removing old paint from the LT panel/ feeder box by paint removers, cleaning & scrapping internally and externally and preparing the surface and applaying two coats of synthetic enameled paint of existing colour over a coat of red oxide primer, PCC base white wash, and writing any description as required complete complete all as specified and directed by EIC |
| 4 | M&L repairs & overhauling of LT ACBs of any capacity of any make by removing out the breaker form the respective panels after taking proper electric shut down & disconnecting the breaker, checking it throughly for the defects & tripping system of the ACB and rectifing them, lubricantion of moveing contacts, overhauling of the ACB, replacement of wornout minor spares like springs, washers, levers, nuts & bolts etc reassembling, reinstallation, testing & comissioning of ACB complete all as directed by EIC. Note: (i) Cost of lubricants, cleaning agents, testing tools and minor spares shall be deemed to be including in quoted rates. |
