To execute all the Civil Road works and allied electricfication works under Term Contract for Repair and Re-Carpeting of Roads in Prayagraj Cantt for Year 2025-26 and as specified under scope of work in technical bid on page (19 of RFP) and as per relevant BIS, CPWD, IRC, and MORTH specifications with upto date correction slips and as directed. The work shall be priced at par with DSR-2023 CPWD (Vol-I & II) and Delhi Schedule of Rates, 2025 – (E&M) with upto date amendments, clarifications/addendum/errata subject to quoted percentage by the tenderer. The work shall be carried out as per work order(s) placed under the contract from time to time during entire period of contract and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note: Tenderer shall insert the percentage here in below by selecting the option excess (+) or less (-) to quote the percentage above/ below the DSR-2023 CPWD (Vol-I & II) and Delhi Schedule of Rates, 2025 – (E&M) respectively. The amount inserted by the Deptt is an estimated cost but tender shall be accepted only on the percentage inserted/ quoted by tenderer. The rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of all statutory taxes & nothing extra shall be payable. Further it shall be deemed that the contractor has read & understood clause 21 on page 174-176 of the Technical bid (RFP) & the quoted rates shall be inclusive of adhering to these provisions

Supplying, installation, fixing of spring post of height 750 mm and weight 1000 gms approx and made out of PU (Poly-urethane) provided with three reflective tape bandseach 75 mm wide pasted on the post using heat transfer pasting technology,fixed firmly on the road surface with suitable shanks/ nuts and epoxy materials as permanufacturer specifications . Material should be UV stabilized . Make Dark Eye, Safe Zone, Kohinoor or equivalent .

Supplying, fixing, installation of Road Safety Bollards for guiding traffic for safe direction. The bollard should comprise of square shaped ABS plastic plate of 3 mm thickness, ultrasonic laser welded fitted with 09 nos of 100 mm dia PMMA (Acrylic) high intensity reflectors.Retro Reflectivity of these reflectors should be 18mcd/Lux. Another rectangular MS plate of 300x75mm size 2mm thickness should be provided (for name / number ) and one more MS plate in round shape of 400 mm should bebe provided of 1 mm thickness, Aluminiumplate having high intensity Retro-reflective tape with side indication arrow marks. All three plates should be mounted on a white powder coated 65mm dia MS pipe having anti -theft locking arrangement. Dimensions: Plate :400x400mm. Complete assembly shall be fixed to ground with cement concrete for sterdy grip as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in cement concrete (1:1.5:3) as per manufacturer specifications.Approved make Dark Eye, Safe Zone, Kohinoor.

S & Fixing Jursey Barrier suitable for medians, central verge of overall dimension 3045 mm Length x 840 mm Height x 610 mm Bottom Width and having strengthof concrete 350 kg /cm2including reinforced with 16 mm dia. Tor steel at 150 mm centre to centreboth ways fixed in position and gradient as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Each Jursey Barrier shall have two number hooks at top for handling purpose.

Supplying & Fixing of RCC delineators of dia 150mm and height 950 mm including preparation of concrete surface and painting with synthetic enamel paint of colours as directed by Engineer-in-charge and also providing two strips of reflective tape/reflective paint all round in the grooves over it.

Supplying & laying Instant patch pothole premixwith fine/ standard grading (Ready Mix of first quality) for filling of potholes, utility cuts, over lays, edge repairs & small road carpeting jobs filled in pots & campacted as directed.
