| 1 | To execute all the water supply related works and allied electrical works and repair works under Term Contract for Repair and Provision of Water Supply in Prayagraj Cantt for Year 2025-26 and as specified under scope of work in technical bid on page (19 of RFP) and as per relevant BIS, CPWD specifications with upto date correction slips and as directed. The work shall be priced at par with DSR-2023 CPWD (Vol-I & II) and Delhi Schedule of Rates, 2025 – (E&M) with upto date amendments, clarifications/addendum/errata subject to quoted percentage by the tenderer. The work shall be carried out as per work order(s) placed under the contract from time to time during entire period of contract and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note: Tenderer shall insert the percentage here in below by selecting the option excess (+) or less (-) to quote the percentage above/ below the DSR-2023 CPWD (Vol-I & II) and Delhi Schedule of Rates, 2025 – (E&M) respectively. The amount inserted by the Deptt is an estimated cost but tender shall be accepted only on the percentage inserted/ quoted by tenderer. The rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of all statutory taxes & nothing extra shall be payable. Further it shall be deemed that the contractor has read & understood clause 21 on page 174-176 of the Technical bid (RFP) & the quoted rates shall be inclusive of adhering to these provisions |
| 2 | Taking out submersible pump set complete with column pipe from existing bore well and disconnecting all electrical and mechanical connections, dismantling of pump and motor and lowering inside the bore well after repair which includes re-binding of motor and replacement of faulty parts, rewinding of 30 HP motor with suitable size of copper wire after removal of old burnt copper wire, replacement of bush and motor neck ring of Pump sleeve, oil seal, bush of pump, ream ‘O’ ring Nut-Bolt cable jointing kit including labour element required for carriage, lifting of tools and plants up to required height all other arrangement required for proper completion of work in all respect. |

| 12 | Construction of recharging circular pit of 3.00 m outer dia and 2.00 mtrs depth around the existing tube well giving less yield perforation work in casing pipe and providing and fixing of nariyal rope around perforated area in full length, steening work and surrounding catch drain work with M-20 RCC, making 90 mm dia circular holes by fixing pieces of 90 mm dia pvc pipes @ 300mm c/c before concreting of steining work of recharge pit just below G.L. To permit rain water to enter in to the pit from catch drain, providing and filling of recharge pit by filter media like boulders, gravels sand and synthetic membrane below sand as per specifications and drawing available with EIC complete |
