| 1 | Taking out window/split type AC of capacity 1.5/2.0TR, opening of the same and checking / detecting the fault and carrying out necessary repair and replacement of unserviceable spare/parts as required to make it operational, reassembling and refixing the unit to its position complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (a) The spares/parts shall be measered and paid separately under respective items(b) The labour cost for replacement of spares/parts shall be deemed to be included in this item.(c) The rates shall be inclusive of transport from the site to workshop and vice versa before and after the repair.Note For ALL Items: All AC Maint Related Works shall be done in all Mumbai Area sites under GE Daman i.e., Panvel, Murud janjira, etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |

| 3 | Water Servicing of window/ split type AC capacity upto 2.0 TR at site, cleaning and washing of cabinet, evaporator, condenser, ground chasis, filter, oiling and greasing of all movable parts, testing of capacitor and relay, retightening all electrical connections including replacing naked wires with copper conductor wires/ cables as per existing ones,and making dry withblower and refixing/ reassembling and refixing the unit to its position all as specified and directed. |
