Supply, Installation, Testing amd Commissioning of LT Panel vermin proof floor mounting , M.S. channel base with bottom and Fabricated out of 2.0/1.6mm thick CRCA sheet steel, painted with powder coated paint of shade as per the direction of Engineer In-Charge after proper sheet treatment process of sheet steel. The Bus Bar of panel shall be of Electrical grade High Conductive Aluminum alloy of appropriate cross section as per rating.The main bus bar shall run throughout the panel of rating as main incomer rating. The Bus Bar shall be supported by non hygroscopic SMC/DMC Bus Bar supports which shall be mounted on proper interval to ensure the bear the jerks of short Circuit of 50kA for panels having ACB as Incomer & 36kA for panels having MCCB Incomers. Panel shall be constructed in fully Segregated Compartment Design for Each Feeder as per 3b construction Format. The Panel shall be completed in all respect as per IS: 8623 Part-2&3. There shall be Separate Metering Compartment for incomer metering and outgoing metering.All Incomer Feeders shall be provided with Multifunction Metering along with Phase Indicating Lights and other associated components such as CT, control MCB Terminal Block etc. and all Outgoing Feeders 100A & above shall be provided with 3 phase Ammeter along with phase Indicating Lights and other associated components such as CT, control MCB Terminal Block etc. The Feeders above shall be provided ac accommodated all Measuring Instruments shall be Digital type & all Indicating Lights shall be LED type.Wiring shall be done from 1100V Grade PVC Insulated copper flexible wire. All ACB shall be Electrically operated Draw-out type with Microprocessor Based O/L, S/C & E/F Release of Breaking/ Withstand Capacity (ICU/ICs/Icw) 50kA or more All MCCB shall be Thermal Magneetic/Microprocessor with O/L & S/C Protection along with Required Spreaders & Extended Rotary Handle with pad Locking facility of Breaking capacity (ICU/ICS) 36kA or more All MCB shall be Thermal 10kA \"C\" Curve. Cubicle type switch board shall be Cat-A and B only.Incoming 2000Amp. ACB-1 No 65kAOutgoing 400 Amp. MCCB-07 Nos. 36kA200 Amp. MCCB - 01 Nos. 36kA

Supply and Burring of safe Earthing Electrode T-39, Zn-Zinc coated, Length 3000mm ,outer pipe 76.3mm x 3.2mm inner pipe 42.4mm x 2.6mm, Terminal Dia 12mm, coating 80-100 micron filled with crystalline conductive mixture (CCM) having anti corrosive & conductive property with 50 kgs activated soil (BFC) capable of reducing the soil resistivity with good mixture of retaining capacity along with 30cm square C.I frame with hinged cover & masonry housing (from electrode terminal to switch board, cost of 25x3 G.I strip will be extra ). Make as approved in U.P.P.W.D & C.P.R.I Certified .

Providing and fixing 25 mmX 5 mm GI strip in 40 mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re fitting etc as required.
