Repairing existing Aerator (11.60 x 3.10 x 2.25)m for dismantling tile work in floor laid in cement mortar and old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster i/c disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead. P/L Ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red, Brown laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 C/sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete. And, Cement plastering for others exposed surface in 1:3 (1 cem. 3 coarse sand) finished with afloating coat of neat cement.

Repairing existing Settling Tank (19.50 x 13.60 x 4.00)m for dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster i/c disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead. And Jacketing inside wall with good reinforcements by using 10m dia. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars @ 0.15m c/c with a proportion of 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). And Cement plastering in 1:3 (1 cem. 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. – 2 Nos.

Repairing existing SSF 225.00 sqm for single unit for dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster i/c disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead. And Cement plastering in 1:3 (1 cem. 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, and removal of existing Filter media. i. Single unit – 1 no.ii. Double unit – 2 nos.

Providing new filter media 225.00 sqm for each unit of existing SSF for P/L of bricks 2nd Class (Local 1st class) for under drainage system of filter media i/c carriage by mechanical transportation i/c loading, unloading and stacking at site. P/L 30cm thick gravel to be laid in layers of 10cm each having effective size of 2mm to 10mm for the top layer, 15mm to 25mm for the middle layer and 30mm to 40mm for the bottom layer. P/L 60cm thick Filter media sand which shall satisfy the following specifications in respect of quality, shape and size. a) Sand should be of hard and resistant quality free from clay and fine particles, soft grain and dirt of every description. b) Silica content should not be less than 90 percent.c) Effective size should limit from 0.20mm to 0.30mm. d) Uniformity coefficient should not be less than 5% - 7 units

Repairing of existing Master Reservoir (circumference=60m, depth = 5m) for a capacity of 1.2ML for dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plastering i/c disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead, and Cement plastering in 1:3 (1 cem. 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. – 2nos.

Supplying, installation, testing and Commissioning of horizontal split casing centrifugal pump sets - 3 Nos. of Kirloskar made pump Model DSM 100/36 having a discharge of 171Cum/hr at a head of 88m coupled with Kirloskar/Crompton made 100HP motor of 1500RPM including panel board and accessory complete – 3nos each. With 19/16, 35mm 91/110 Amp PVC insulated copper conductor as per ISI 95694. Completed.i. 100 HP – 3 nos.
