Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or re-plastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling dressed stone work ashlar face stone work, marble work or precast concrete work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In lime mortar.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/malba/similiar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground

Providing and resetting the newly carved, moulded architectural stone members obtained from approved OMC. Naranagarh quarry, Khurdha/ Samanga, Puri stockyard after making the regular shape size and geometric profile as per the existing pattern of Kalinga architectural style including dressing cutting and finishing with all manual carriage and lifts up to 14 m heights (Bada of Jagamohana) to the work spot approx. 80-100m distance from the stone yard in the complex of Sun Temple, Konark and laying in appropriate position with traditional combination mortar as per the direction of the archaeological Officer in charge. (NB- This Work will be taken up based on the pilot reproduction work done in the year 21-22 and comprising the recommendations given in the national policy for conservation, 2014. for replacement of plain stones to carved stones at Konark

Provision for pointing of the joints of ashlar stone masonry in lime 1:1:1 (1 Lime: 1 Surkhi: 1 Sand) mixed with essence mix including cleaning, washing the joints and curing all complete. .

Provision for drilling 20mm diameter hole using non percussion core drilling through solid stone of vertical walls of Jagamohana and main temple at different heights of temple for anchoring of loose stones and challas for a length of required.

Provision for supplying and providing 16mm diameter bars of 316 grade stainless steel fully threaded including nuts and washers of the same grade for use as anchor bars for length of required.

Provision for pressure grouting for fixing the anchor bars i.e grouting space between anchor holes and stainless steel bars using low viscous thermo setting epoxy raisin with filler to match properties of khandolite stone in the form of injection grout.
