Corrigendum : Tender For Restoration And Commissioning Of The Existing 0.5 Mw Ground Mounted Solar Pv Plant At Iim Udaipur And Its Operation, Maintenance And Upkeep For One Year
O&M price to be quoted by the bidders for the plant (for 1 year) shall not be less than INR 4,56,000 (excl GST).

In case the description/quantity for any items mentioned in this schedule is at variance from what has been stated in the technical specifications and its subsequent clarifications, the stipulations of the Technical Specification and its subsequent amendment and clarification shall prevail.

Identification : Each equipment shall be clearly marked and labeled on the outside of the packing with its description when more than onepart is packed in single case, a general description of the contents shall be shown on the outside of such case and a detailed list enclosed. All cases, containers and other packages must be suitably marked and numbered for the purpose of identification.

As such the BOQ items includes all items/equipment necessary to complete the entire scope of works indicated in the Technical Specification & drawings and Bidding Documents , Bidder shall ensure that items not covered here but required to make the equipment / system complete in all respect for its safe and reliable, efficient and troublefree working / operation without any extra cost to NVVN

The prices quoted per unit against BOQ Item S.No 1,2&3 shall be inclusive of all Taxes, Duties, Levies & charges, except Goods and Services Tax (GST), payable in the Employer‟s country as of seven (7) days prior to the deadline for submission of price bids. Further, all Taxes, Duties, Levies & Charges on the Materials incorporated in Erection and Civil & Allied Works (as applicable) shall also be included in the prices quoted per unit & no Separate payment on this account, whatsoever, shall be made by Employer.

The Goods & Services Tax (GST) quoted by the bidder aginst Item S.No 1,2&3 shall be as applicable in the Employer‟s country as on seven (7) days prior to the deadline for submission of Price Bids.

For the purpose of stage-wise payments, price breakup shall be finalised upon mutual discussion between the successful bidder and NVVN before award of the contract.

Solar PV modules and Inverter (If required for the subject work) shall be necessarily procured from Class-I supplier only. Solar PV Module shall be from the models and manufacturers included in ALMM List-I as per MNRE’s orders and amendments issued from time to time. Please refer technical specifications for detailing purpose.

Due Input Tax credits under GST as per the relevant Govt. Policy, wherever applicable, shall be taken into account by the Bidder while quoting his price.
