Deploying 1 no of Environment Assistant for cleaning , sweeping and scavengingof offices,openarea,toilets washbasin etc. i/c removing of vegetation and grass/ busheson dailybasis and collecting garbage, sludge, malba and refuse of all types dead animals and birds etc. at site and removal of malba/refuse to nearest dustbin/MSW as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Any challan from MCD/NGT or any other department on a/c of not cleaning the complete area satisfactory will be borne by agency.

Deploying 1 no of Environment Assistant on daily basis for cleaning , sweeping and dusting of tables, chairs, almirahs, racks, computers, keyboard, mouse, printers, photocopy machines, window sill, door panels, fans, files, files rack or any other work directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Deployingof 1 no of plumberwith all equipments for attending problems such as leakage in pipeline,repair of taps,maintenance of sanirary fittings,other plumbing related works and other works as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Deployingof 1 no of sewerman with all equipments for attending problems such as cleaning of sewer line,removal of blockage leakage and other sanitary related works and other works as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Deployment of 1 no. of carpenter for repair and maintenance of table, chairs, windows, doors, fall celling, wall panneling, wooden fittings and other carpentery work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Deployingof 1 no of helperto assist plumber and carpenter and other works as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Conditions1. Daily swept garbage, rubbish etc, shall be collected at the designated collection point and same be disposed to nearby MCD dumping ground.2. A sum of Rs. 1000/- per day as token penalty will be imposed in case of specified area not swept/cleaned satisfactorily.3. A penalty of Rs. 1000/- per person/per day shall imposed if any of the Environment Assistant found absent and the work is got done by the department on his behalf.4. Agency has to quote rates as per minimum wage of GNCTD or central govt.whichever is higher+GST otherwise same will be summarily rejected.5. Any challan from MCD/NGT or any other department on account of not cleaning the complete area satisfactory will be borne by the agency.
