CPP Propeller repair works.1. Initial polishing and DP test on Tip areas, Hot straightening for Bend removal of blades and grinding, Mig welding on cavitation area and bent area, After welding hot straightening as per profile, SR (stress relieving), Grinding and polishing the repaired area, Pitch measurement to be carried out.complete static balancing of the propeller blades after repair and balancing certificate to be provided. all works to be performed as per relevant marine repair standards.All required materials, tools, tackles and consumables for above works are in contractor scope
