Dismantling of the faulty 11KV grade HT cable from the OH line poles by arranging suitable man powers, tools and tackles etc. after disconnection from the DISCOM end and BSNL Transformer Sub Station endetc. complete as required.

Replacement of faulty/burnt out HT cable by supplying new 3 core, 35sqmm HT XLPE insulated Cable of6.6 KV (UE)/11KV (E), Stranded compact circular aluminium conductor, conductor screen with extruded semiconducting compound, XLPE insulated, insulation screening with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape (0.3 KA for 1 sec), cores laid up, inner sheath of PVC tape, galvanized flat steel strip armoured and overall PVC sheathed confirming to IS 7098/PART-II-1985 with latest amendment.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11KV grade of size up 120sqmm in the following manner:

Direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

In the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

In the existing masonry open duct as required.

On air i/c supply & binding with 1no 55sqmm AAA Conductor.

Replacement of faulty 11KVoutdoor type cable end terminationsby new one ofheat shrinkabletype complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 3 core, 35 sqmm, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required.

Liason and making coordination with supply authority for checking, testing, obtaining shut down of 11KV line and re-energisationafter replacement of faulty HT cable and making at tapping points and at Transformer DP structure etc. as required.

Transportation of the dismantled 11KV HT cable of size 3 core X35sqmm (Approx. length 75 mtrs) from site toTE Phulbani i/c loading and unloading etc complete as reqd.
