| 1 | Cleaning and clearing of underground Main sewage line/Branch sewer line from any type of trap including (WCs /Gully trap /floor trap/CI pipes /nahani Trap) upto 1st manhole including trap & manhole of any depth by taking off manhole covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning of any descripton , underground and of any depth by removing any type of blockage including de-silting and de-chocking sludge/sludgewater shall be disposed off by using mechanically or pumping out sewage from block manholes where authorised dumping site declared by local adminstration outside MoD land distance exceeding 2Km but n, exc 2.5 Km complete all as specifed and as directed.Note : - (i) The contractor shall deploy Minimum, experienced 01 safaiwala & 01 helper (Total 02 people) alongwith T & P(i.e Iron sewage line cleaning Rod set -02 Nos, Kassi, Genti, Crow bar, safety hand gloves, safety shoes and other tools for all members on regular basis to attend complaint cell/service centre (Range Hill area) of AGE B/R (W) under GE MH & RHKirkee area daily between 0830 to 0900 hrs as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.(ii) The complaint shall be attended preferably on the same day and complaint slips duly signed by the user will be deposited back with JE (Civil) on the same day. (iii) Working time for all the people employed by the contractor will be from 0900 hrs to 1700hrs in case of any emergency, they can be called at any time beyond specifed time and will be given off at the descretion of Engr-in-Charge. (iv)A penalty of Rs. 629/- per day per person will be levied in case of absence of any of safaiwala or helper.(v) Manpower /employees deployed by contractor shall have safety measures for the job and life insurance policy for compensation in case of any accident.The cost for the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate by the bidder.No extra claim will be entertained by the Department.(vi)The payment towards the subject items shall only be made as per the total number of days, contractor had cleaned and cleared the blockages of sewage line. (vii) Contractor shall maintain a register including details of day of cleaning of sewage line, duly signed by contractor and Engineer-in-Charge or his Rep. (viii) One day will be counted for each labour separately. |
| 2 | Material and Labour for Cleaning of all blockage of any type of trap, water closet, soil waste/ vent pipe, gully traps upto first manhole by removing all chockage and removing the same to a distance exceeding 100mtr and not exceeding 200mtr and making good the distrurbed surfaces as per existing where required complete all as specifed and as directed. |
| 3 | Cleaning of existing 150mm dia sewage line upto 1.00 mtr depth from ground level using jute or PVC nylon rope with knot at one end and other end free passed through the line or by rodding & removing all liquid/semi solid /solid sludge etc coming in the next manhole is removed and then the line is cleaned with water complete for effectve functioning complete all as specifed and as directed. Note : Quoted rates shall be include working in foul condition. |
