Composite item for Construction of Steps, Footpath, PCC Wall, Toe Wall and Handrailing comprising providing and executing earthwork excavation by mechanical/manual means in foundation trenches including disposal of surplus soil within 50 m lead; providing and fixing centering and shuttering with strutting and propping for foundations, walls, columns, slabs, stairs and all structural components; providing and laying PCC 1:4:8 and 1:2:4 up to plinth level; providing RCC work of mix 1:1.5:3 in walls, columns and allied members above plinth up to fifth floor level; providing and placing TMT reinforcement Fe-500D or higher; providing 12 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4; and providing and fixing GI pipe handrails including priming coat, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and as per the site condition.Note: The work shall further include submission of calculations and detailed design drawing with the Technical Bid. The detailed drawings shall comprise plan, elevation, sections and construction details prepared as per the site conditions and shall be duly signed and vetted by a registered engineer.The entire work shall be executed complete in all respects on a lumpsum basis.
