| 1 | Taking down old light fitting along with fixture and Supply & fix LED tube light fitting comprising of 20 watt Aluminium T-8 LED tube rod with inbuilt driver and acessories, the tube rod shall have efficacy of 100 Lm/Watt, including providing prewired CRCA box type batten with holders for fixing LED Tube rod along withprovision of 02 no PVC square block for fixing of the fitting with necesary screws,including connecting up with three core 0.5 Sqmm flexible copper conductor cable ceiling rose to fitting terminal, complete as specified and and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (NOTE : All tubelights should be marked Serially numbered and entered in tubelight register (Inventary) duely marked with Qtr/block number and Signed by Engr-incharge , JE and contractor and vetted by User and AO and register shall be submitted while claiming the RAR and FB) |

| 5 | Supply and fixing LED mirror light fitting 10 Watt including electrical connections, complete as specified and and as directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 6 | Supply and fix LED street light fitting Energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light fittings 35 Watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having IP65 protection and Impact resistance of IK07 with 10KV Built-in Surge Protection Device, Thd<10% including 20/25mm dia bracket 60cm long/ clamp 25x4 mm/ nut bolts etc. The light fittings shall be fixed on pole/bldg with , complete as specified and and as directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 7 | Dismentling and taking down Old Panel box and Supply install, testing and commissioning of LT wall mounted/Floar mounted in free standing stand made out of equal angle iron of size 45 mm x 45 mm x 5 mm of height upto 600 mm including foundation indoor Panel board factory fabricatedmade out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet & suitable size to accomodate all accessories/fittings, compartmentalized in construction to accommodate incoming and outgoing MCCB, MCB and TPN copper bus bars of rating not less 1.5 times the rated cap of incomer MCCB.The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator.The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have copper extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders.A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness not less than 2 mm thickshould be used at thebottom for entry of armoured cableof adequate size with glands.The above panel shall be front openable lockable /openable by key, The Panel shall be manucatured from CPRI approved manufacturerof makes stipulated. | 21 | Supply and fix earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate eletrode 60 cm x 60 cm and 6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top prjgc, of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the Galvanised Iron earth lead 25 mm x 4 mm (GI Strip) size, by means of bolts, nuts, check buts and washers of galvanised iron and 25 mm x 4 mm earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40 mm bore including provision of aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) , reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg per sqmm) and frame of angle iron 40mmx40mmx3mm and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe of suitable length for watering perforated at bottom placed on top edged of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in distance not exceeding 50 mtr and removal of surplus soil to plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connecting to feeder pillers and Transformer all as specified including testing on completion , complete as specified and and as directed by Engr-in-charge. |
