| 1 | Earthwork in excavation by Manual means /Mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) in foundations of buildings, footings, columns, plinth beams, walls machine / equipment foundations isolated pits, pavements, trenches for pipelines / cables, pipe sleepers, drains etc., to the required levels and grades in both dry and wet conditions including dewatering,ramming of bottoms, getting out including dressing of sides and excavated earth with lift up to 3.0 M and disposal of surplus excavated materials within a lead of 100 M including stacking, leveling and dressing after necessary backfilling etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in all kinds of soils, sand, gravel murrum, bouldersect. including providing temporary supports to all service lines such as overhead and underground water sewage and drain pipes, cables etc and shoring and strutting,existing drain diversion and its dewatering as directed by EIC( with no extra cost to RCF)wherever necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer- in Charge |
| 2 | Providing & laying ofdry trap rubble stone soling 15 to 20 cm. thick including filling the voids, hand packing, watered& compacting etc. complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer- in Charge. (including supplying of rubble stone). |
| 3 | Providing cement plaster 12 to 15 mm thick in a single coat, in cement mortar 1:4 without neeru finish to internal / external surfaces ofconcrete or brick surface in all position including racking out joints, scaffolding and curing etc. complete. |
| 4 | Providing and constructing brick masonry work in 2nd. class bricks in foundation plinth and super structure using cement mortar of proportion 1:6 (cement: Sand) including bailing out water scaaffolding work, raking out joints, watering, cleaning and soaking the bricks at least for 24 hours before use , curing etc. for 7 days etc. all complete at all heights / depth. Curing etc. complete as specified and as directed. |
| 5 | Removal and carriage of surplusdebris, earth,dismantledmaterials etc., from the site of work upto the scrap yard of RCFFactory upto 3 kmbeyond the initial lead of 100 m andspreading and leveling the same inlayers not exceeding 20 cm thicknessincluding loading and unloading asper the direction of engineer-in-charge. |
