Discharging the full contents of Sand, Pebbles and Gravel in from Pressure Sand Filter in cooling Tower of Ammonium Sulphate plant.Recharging of Sand, Pebbles and Gravel in Pressure Sand Filter with makeup quantities required, Make up sand/pebbles/ crushed Gravel is to be brought by the contractor and to be sieved and washed before charging.

Cleaning of various specialised process equipment, vessels, plant areas, Drier Hot and Cold Air ducts. Spillage pit cleaning, Oxime and Lactom drain pit cleaning, Conveyor and Elevator boot and floor cleaning, Cooling tower basin cleaning and Disposal of collected debris in the specified area as directed by the Shift In Charge concerned. (Specified in man days and One man day is defined as One worker for One Man day with 8 hours of work in shifts as per the requirement)
