Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-MechanicallyTreatedbarsofgrade Fe-500D or more.

Drilling of 32mm dia holes for 25mm diasteel anchors and 500mm deep into old concrete by way of jack hammer or other suitable equipment

Epoxy resin system of approved make filling in drilled holes for anchoring as per technical specificationsincluding the cost of all materials carriage, staging scaffolding and labour etc. complete finished item.

High Performance Concrete (HPC) grade M65 in spillway/glasis and spillway u/s of bulk head gate curve portion.

M-25 Concreting - Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : All works upto plinth level : Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing and applying epoxy resin binding agent complying with ASTM C881-78 type II, grade 2 class B or C before laying of HPC for glacis repair.

Providing and applying high performance cementitious mortar (sika mono top - 412 (N) on exposed/ eroded concrete surface as per technical specification. Generally, the thickness of the layers shall be kept 12.5 mm. (Complete finished items with all lead and lifts)

Supply & Transportation of Sill Beam SS Plate (6300x100x10MM), I-Beam (150x150x10MM), Anchor Rods, Material for HPC & Anchor Grout Chemical.
