Panel have equipped with following accessories 1. metal cald housing with truck having 630 TP integral VCB with electric operated drawout type mechanism ( spring charged motor-230 VAC) 1 Set of air insulated copper bus bar and chamber, 1 set of isolating plug and receptacle, 1 setr of automatic safety shutter, 1 set of breaker control switch (TNC), 2 sets of CTs, CT-1 32/5 A class-5P-10 (suitable VA), CT-II 32/5A class-1 (suitable VA), 1 -Ammeter, selector switch(built in), 2-HT cable box for 3Cx 185 sq. mm aluminium conductor XLPE cable (11 KV earthed system ), 3 Nos. Pts 11 KV/R1 3/110V/R1 3 of (100v) cast resin type, 1 no tripping coil and closing coil 24 V DC, 1 set of ON/OFF /Trip & circuithealthy abd phase indicating lights, 1 voltmeter with selector switch (built in ), 1- 3 element O/C, EF and SC relay (IDMTL & Hi-set ) with required setting. 1 multifunction meter, 1 set auxillary relays, 1 set under voltage and under volatge relays trip circuit supervision & lockout relay, 1 set of control terminal block with 20% extra terminals suitable for connection of 4CX2.5 sq mm CU conductor PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable. |
| 2 | Providing and fixing of 24/30V DC relay for tripping system 1 incoming and 2 outgoing . The job includes disconnection of relay from panel, calibration and testing with primary injection test. The job includes the replacement of defective wiring as required at site. ( Over current and earth fault relay). |

| 10 | Providing and fixing of Digital amp. Meter with selector switch |
| 11 | Annual Comprehensive maintenance of 11 KV / 433 V substation inclusive ofequipmentslike 500 kVA, dry typetransformers, HT panel, Circuit breakers , APFC panel (capacitor bank) , main LT panel , relays , bus bars andallied accessories . The AMC shall include one-time servicing and relevanttesting of complete system( also calibration of relays ,earth and insulation testing , thimbling and proper tapping of HT , LT cables relating to substation etc. as required).It covers routine & preventive maintenance, attending complaints/ faults/ breakdown and taking rectification actions for ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the system , maintenance of records/ documentation etc.The work also includes providing and replacing any defective parts (including rewinding of the transformer, replacement ofHT cables, MCCBs, CB, Lighting arrestor, etc. as and when required during AMC period ) by providingqualified, experienced and trained, skilled workers etc. as required. |
