| 1 | Material and labour for carryong out Load test to10 Passenger Lift( 680 Kg ) of make Johnson inbuilding No.P-103 HR Wing G + 4 Floors.along with checking all the mechanical, electrical, safety, speed locks,conditional interlocks, load/strain and light sensors for complaint free operation of the lifts including testingfor the operation ofARD complete and directed by the Engr in charge all as spacified and as directed by the Engr - in- Charge.Note:- (1)The rates quoted by the tenderers shall deemed to be including arrangement of loads on its own and other safety items as required during testing. |
| 2 | Comprehensive,Preventive andPeriodical maintenance of Electrically operated passenger lift installed at P-103 HR Wing of NSTL area, lift in reliable safe and efficient operating condition (Make of lift - Johnson) by regularly examining, lubriciting and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance (Fortnightly,Monthly, Quarterly, Halfyearly and yearly) in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground + 4 floors i.e total five landings with electric power operated doors installed complete all as specified and directed for the following lifts: : Building No. P-103 Capacity 680 Kg10 Passenger lift - 01 Nos (Total Qty 01 Nos x 11 months = 11 per months) |
| 3 | Notes for item No. 02 :-(i) The rate quoted by contractor include repair/replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearings, bearing bushes, all type of guide shoes, hangers, door rope, door locks and its contacts. control cards, control connector/links, maint of ARD batteries, Hall push buttons and its spares, welding of crack/broken MS parts if any, repair/replacement of door safety edge workng at any principle and any type sensor or mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contract, COP buttons, car position indicator, door sill, necessary wiring and cable as per requiremnt for safe and smooth operation of lifts, maintaining of cabin carpet car top acrylic sheet, painting as per existing, cabin fan, cabin light, maint of auto rescue device (ARD), etc to ensure safety and smooth functioning of lift all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Spares/parts necessiated for repair/ maintenance/servicing of lifts other than mentioned here-in-after in schedule \"A\" shall be provided by the contracter at his own arrangements and cost there of shall be deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.(ii) The above maintenance includes complete maintenance of existing lifts by regularly and systematically examining adjusting lubricating as and when required for smooth and efficient functioning of the lifts.(iii) Contractor will prominently display Emergency contact numbesr inside and outside the lift on each lift for call in emergency.(iv) All existing earthing of the lifts shall be maintained and made fully functional by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge & submit Earthing report monthly to Engr-in-charge.(v)The contractor will detail one technician staff to inspect the lift regularty regarding functioning of lifts or any other issues arising in the lift. The problem noticed if any to be informed immediately to JE E/M / Engr-in-Charge. Technician should alaways carry service tools during site visit. |
| 4 | Note Contd.../-(vi) Contractor or his rep shall come to the site of breakdown within two hours of notification of breakdown. In case the contractor or his rep shall not visit the site for attending breakdown within two hours, a penalty of Rs 600 per fault per day shall be imposed over contractor and shall be deducted from his dues. (vii) The contractor has submit report of lifts such as daily,weekly,fortnightly,monthly,quaterly,half yearly & yearly as per format given in PS/Engr-in-charge.(viii) Adequate arrangements shall be made for dewatering in lift pit as and when water accumlates in it. (ix)Carrying out once inspection of lifts as per IS by the Govt approved lift inspector with submission of test reports to Engr-in-charge. (x) Contractor will provide DO\"S & DON\"TS display board in side lift. (xi)The rates quoted shall be inclusive of T&P required for carrying out repairs, stationary for maintenance of recordall as specified. (xii) All the cleaning items (Dusting cloths, floor/Glass cleaner, SS steel cleaner, broom etc) shall be provided by the contractor and rates deemed to be included in the quoted rate.Contractor is expected to inspect the lift before quoting the rate and Lifts will be handed over in the same condition. No claim will be admissible thereof. |
| 5 | Material and Labour for preparing, scraping the old painted surfaces and applying two coat of approved colour synthetic enamelled paint in machine room on all accessories includingmarking /stencil writing of MES number, Location, Capacity, Sl No etc with white synthetic enamelled paint complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Supply and fixing of aluminium car flooring as per existing at site suitable for680 KG/1000 KG passenger lift installed in P-4 building block -A& P-103 HR Wing building in replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
