| 2 | Servicing / Maintenance of passenger lifts G+3- 02 Nos of 15 passengerhaving capacity 1020Kg(Make- Kone) installedat MH by topping up oil in gear box and greasing all required parts i.e. sliding parts, railing etc, cleaning of car top and lift pit, electric power operated doors, auto electric leveling device including cleaning, checking, tightening of all nut, bolts, electric connection, alingement of rope, greasing as required, also diagnosing and removing of fault as and when occurred by replacing the unserviceableparts like machines, motors, generators, ropes, inverter systems, and controller parts to be inclusive of printed circuit boards, Sub components inclusive of belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chocks, brake shoes, liners, contacts, contactors, relays, coils, push buttons, door operator VVVF drive, car door safety device limit switches, governor, hoist way door locks, indicators, alarm bell, door sensors and other minor and major mechanical partsincluding taking out to old U/S parts and fixing of new parts, connecting, testing, commissioning and making to lift in serviceable condition in minimum possible time all as specified and directed.Note for item No 1.00 & 2.00: - (i) The above Maintenance shall be done through only E-in-C Branch\"s approved OEM rep or authorised agent of OEM.(ii)The Contractor will have to upload MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) alongwith cover 1 failing which his technical bid will be rejected.(iii)All the spare parts of the Lift shall be purchased from the OEM or his authorised distributor.(iv) Any spare parts required to be replaced during the period of tender in any shall be replaced by the contractor within the cost of this item. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account except srlitem No. 3 to 09.(v)Cost of spare parts which are not specified inSrl item No. 1 & 2 but are necessary for the satisfactory functioning of the lift shall also be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for these items. (vi)Labour charges for dismantling unserviceable parts and fixing of new spare items/parts shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the items.(vii) The complaint/breakdown will be attended immediately and maximum with in 16 Hrs and will be rectified within 48 Hrs after receiving the complaint.(viii)In case of any fault, lift is to be made functional within next 48 hours of intimation or else penalty of Rs.2000/- per day per lift to be imposed for the unserviceability period beyond 48 hours. (ix) The contractor will have to purchase suitable plan for the lifts from the OEM ,the same will be also mentioned in MOU.(x) As a part of maintenance, OEM will provide basic training to CUSTOMER with respect to rescuing passengers entrapped in elevators.(xi)Mob No. of OEM technician and rescue operator will be displayed on each lift and Gaurd room.(xii) Maintenance records will be maintained by the contractor duly signed by service team, contractor, JE E/M and Engr-in-Charge as per maintenance .(xiii)The contractor through OEM will carry out monthly , quarterly and half yearly maintenance as per particular specification within overall quoted rate for monthly , quarterly and half yearly maintenance checks.(xiv) A penalty of Rs. 1200/- wil be levied in case, no rescue operator is found during any shift. |

The following checks to be carried out to ensure smooth and effective operation of fire alarm system at MH Bldg(i)Addressablepanel - 1 No, (a)Checking control panel, power supply, LED indicators, fuses, circuits and cleaning zone cards.(b)Functional checkingofsmoke detectors and cleaning of LED & sensing chamber.(c)Checkingsound effectiveness and functioning of hooter and PA speaker.(d)Checking circuits, glass function & LED. |
| 10 | Comprehensive maintenance for fire hydrant with booster pump, control panel, hose reel drum with hose, fire hydrant valve, fire hose, nozzle, pressure gauge, pressure switch and replace the unserviceable parts complete all as specified and directed. The following checks to be carried out to ensure smooth and effective operation of fire hydrant systems at MH- 01 Jobs.(a) Checking of fuses, indication lamps, auto & manual function, fault indication switches, over load relays, contactor, single phase preventer and internal wiring of control panel.(b) Checking Electric motor with pump alignment, gland packing and running performance.(c) Checking of the movement of spindle, lug of hydrant valve and applying grease for free movement/ servicing.(d) Checking offire hoses, male/female coupling and nozzle.(e) Checking leakage and nozzle operation of hose reel drum.(f) Checking terminals, voltage, current, specific gravity, acid level and applying the petroleum jelly on batteries. |
