Taking down AC of any size, any capacity from existing location and deposit to MES store yard of AGE E/M No-III Mhow complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing geyser of any capacity after disconnecting all necessary electrical and water supply connections and deposit to MES store yard of AGE E/M No-III Mhow complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCB Single pole rated capacity 6 to 32 Amps, 240 Volts breaking capacity 10 KA, \"C\" curve complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods 15mm/12mm upto two mtr, electronic regulator and remote with battery and complete accessories, 230 V, 50Hz, 1200mm sweep and rated power 26W (+10%) and rate speed 350 RPM (+10%) Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value shall not be less than 8.46 BEE as per BIS. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC), painting to match with existing surfaces including writing the MES number with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate of Electronic regulator and remote with battery (both) shall be included in the quoted rate.

S&F of exhaust fan, steel body AC single phase 230 Volt of size 300mm sweep complete with blade, frame and louvers and mesh wire for cover the wall from outside including addition/ alteration of hole wherever necessary and making good disturbed surface, painting to match with existing surfaces. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for water heater storage type (Geyser) vertical/ Horizental type as per site requirement with inner container of capacity 25 ltrs, electrically operated, AC 230 Volts, BEE 5 star rated, ISI marked including 04 Nos of hold fashner nuts required suitable size fixed in brick wall, hot & cold (upto 3 feet long) water stainless steel geyser connection pipe(two pipe = one set) for Officers JCO\"s and OR Md Accn including making good of disturbed surface to match with existing colour and writting the MES Number with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specied and as directed.Note:- The rate of hot and cold water stainless steel (SS) geyser connection pipe (set) shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and install hi wall 1.5 TR split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and not less than EER 3.2 of capacity as shown and regrigerant tubing of adequate length upto 20 feet as required at site and indoor mounting plate duly powder coated fixing with anchor bolts at any height, drain pipe of suitable size brought to ground level from any height, initinal filling of refrigerant gas including making round hole on existing wall for taking up refrigerant tubing, drain pipe upto 3 mtr with saddling, cable etc and making good disturbed surfaces by matching with existing adjoining surface colour complete all as specified and directed,Note:- AC to be installed at various height and location of the building.

S&F Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket of capacity 20Amps 240V complete with one single pole MCB 20Amp including taking down old unsv and making good of disturbed surface to match with existing colour complete all as specified and directed.
