1	Daily cleaning of swimming pool size of 100x25 mtr and 25x25 mtr. Proper operating of suction sweeper and submersible pool cleaner and manual cleaning by using brass, swipe etc to the floor sides of walls, over flow water channel of swimming pool surrounding area removing all floated materials/insects from pool water and removing all foreign materials muds etc from pool area to outside of the pool not less than 50 mtr as directed by GE complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (i) Daily maintenance of swimming pool is to be carriied out as per operating time schedule of the swimming pool, i.e. wef 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM.(ii) Surrounding areas of the pool including plant room shall be cleaned after 3:00 PM & upto 5:30 PM.
2	Taking out of residual pool water from bottom of deep portion of the pool and balancing tank by providing diesel engine driven centrifugal pump set and cleaning the pool including the following works:-(a) M&L for Cleaning of swimming pool and balancing tank complete area by providing man power brushes, sweeping and washing the pool with clean water removing all muds, sludges, foreign materials from bottom of the pool and side water channel with PVC bucket and depositing the same out side the pool complex to a distance not less than 50 mtr from the pool.(b)M&L for spraying of thin layers of bleaching powder not less than 100 KG to the complete area of the pool and balancing tank including sides wall and water channel and scrapping with PVC brushes and washing the complete area with clean water and taking out the dirty water/bleaching powder solution from pool with PVC bucket and throw away the same out side the swimming pool complete and all as specified and directed.
3	Suppy & fixing in repairs of following items for submersible pool cleaner :-
4	Brush PVC of size 500 x 100 mm with extendable handle
5	Protective/sluice bag for submersible pool cleaner (Outer and inner) .
6	Nylon brush for submersible pool cleaner.
7	PVC pipe flexible 50 mm dia.
8	Supply & replacement of PVC float with fixing nut for the suction pipe complete all as specified and directed.
9	Supply & replacement of Nylon rope 25 mm dia for suction sweeper complete all as specified and directed.
10	S & F Submersible pool cleaner with complete set discharge capacity 520 LPM complete with 1.5 KW/2HP, 3 Ph Motor including taking down and deposite the unserviceable pool cleaner in MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.
11	Taking out/dismentling ofcentrifugal pumping set of capacity3,20,000 LPH after disconnecting all electrical and pipe connection and removing of all nut, bolts from existing pump and motor, transportation to the workshop for the following works services:-(a)Dismantling the centrifugal pump cleaning the all parts, repairs the pump including necessary machine works, replacement of unserviceable parts, reassembling the pump complete incl necessary greasing, replacement of gasket and all rusted nut, bolts & washers etc.(Parts will be measured and paid separately under appropriate items)(b)Re-installation/Testingthe pumping set to the existing position, connecting all electrical clables, foundation,pipes and complete testing including necessary two coats of painting with synthetic enamelled paints after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

15	Repair/Overhauling of3 phaseinduction motor 440 volts, 20 HP capacity after removing from swimming pool, dismantlingthe induction motor, cleaning the all parts of motor, rewinding the same with the existing gauge of winding wire and varnishing the stator winding with approved grade of varnish and heating the air compressor in the heat chamber for better insulating resistance, replacement of unserviceable parts reassembling the motor complete including necessary greasing, replacement of all rusted nut, bolts and washer and transportation and applying of two coats of synthetic enamelled paints after preparation of surfaces all as directed. (Parts will be measured and paid separately)
