Note :- (i) Work Requisition as per annexure I of PS, dully signed by all concern shall be kept in record and copy of same shall be summitted along with RAR / FB to GE for payment.(ii) Minor Spare parts up to Rs 100 per complain shall be deem to include in the quoted rates and other spare parts will be measured and paid separately.(iii) Each complain shall be rectified by the contractor within four hours failing which recovery @ Rs 50 / hour will be recover from contractor subjected to maximum of Rs 200 per complain. |
