S.I.T.C. of 01 No. submersible pump motor set without starter capable of discharg capacity from 95 LPM to 275 LPM at the head range from 70 Mtr to 23 Mtr.The pump shall minimum of12 stage with 5 HP three phase totaly enclosed submersible motor on common shaft suitable for operation on three phase 440 volt AC supply, complete with all accessories etc. as required.Note 1- The pump shall consist mechanically balanced stainless steel shaft suction chamber provided perforated strainer etc. complete in the all .Note 2- The electric motor winding shall have a non-aging waterproof insulation resistant to chemical effect having high strength motor pump shaft, supported in water lubricated bronze painbearing bushes with special self aligning shaft assemble etc. complete as required.Note 3-New borewell is 6 inch dia with CPVC hume pipe.(Make & model:-KSB-Cora 18C/14G or SS make).

Supply & fixing of 50 mm diaB-class (medium) GI pipefor lowering of new 5 HP submersible pump i/c connection etc. as reqd.(M/S Tata/Jindal or BSNL Approved Make)

Supply and fixing of threded GI/MS socket of 50mm dia, long size to connecting the G.I.Pipe of 50 mm dia with each other etc complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 50 mm B class GI elbowwith the water pipe line etc complete as required.(Sant or SS Make)

Supply and fixing of 50 mm dia NRV in the water pipe line etc complete as required.(Sant or SS Make)

Supplying and fixing of DOL motor starter suitable for operation of 5 H.P.three phase submerssible pumphavingcontactor coil with relay range of 9 to 14 amp rating,over load relay of 6-10 amp range and single phase priventor for protection of the motor. It shall have start/stop push buttons and ampere and volt meters of suitable range.All items should be in a suitale MS box with paiting & fixing on wall etc complete with testing etc as required.(L&T make MU G10W model )

Lowering of newely supplied 5 HP submersible pump in the existing borewell with all its accessories with the help of tripod, chain and pulley systemi/c rent and transportation of tripod, testing and meggering of the pump etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing of MS clamp of suitable thick & length for holding the pump i/c fixing with suitable size of nut & bolts, necessory mesonary work painting etc complete as required.
