Material and Labour for conducting detailed survey of site and Preparation & Submission of 2D Auto CAD drawings for the Existing building in respect to interior & exterior elevation. Complete survey report to be submitted by firm. During the survey detailed scope of work also to be finalised. Complete all as specified and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of 2D Auto CAD Scheme drawings for building layout as the Scope of work mentioned in floor wise plan showing location for all rooms and facilities etc. All drawings should be substantiate with various cross sections. Drawings may undergo certain changes which are to be incorporated in final drawings. Complete all as specified and as per direction of En ineer-in-char e.

Preparation of Architectural 2D Elevation drawings & 3D Renders of important areas in the Exteriors like Front elevation, Entrance porch etc. All drawings should be substantiate with various views. Drawings may undergo certain changes which are to be incorporated in final drawings. Complete all as specified and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Minimum 4 Views to be provided)

Preparation of Architectura 2D Elevation drawings & 3D Renders of important areas in the Interiors like Lobby areas, Conference hall, GM chambers, corridors etc. All drawings should be substantiate with various views. Drawings may undergo certain changes which are to be incorporated in final drawings. Complete all as specified and as per direction of Engineer-in charge. (Minimum 05 Views to be provided)

Preparation of 2D Auto CAD drawings for services like Architectural & Structural with necessary allied service structure, detailed drawing for RCC structure layout showing column layout wherever necessary as per the final approve layout etc. Drawings may undergo certain changes which are to be incorporated in final drawings.Complete all as specified and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of 2D Auto CAD drawings for services like electrical lines & fittings, telephone lines, internet lines, comnet lines, air conditioning lines, water lines, sewer lines, area landscaping, furniture for all rooms /halls etc. Drawings may undergo certain changes which are to be incorporated in final drawings. Complete all as specified and as per direction of En ineer-in-charge.

Preparation of detailed layout for audio video system for conference hall etc. All items to be finalised as per area requirement with detailed specification. Complete all as specified and as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Preparation of detailed specification of each item. All items specification should be framed as generic specs and minimum three reputed brand should be mentioned for Tender purpose. Complete all as specified and as er direction of Engineer-in-char e.

Preparation of detailed bill of quantity (BOQ) item wise for complete project and prepare estimate based on the CPWD DSR 2023 (amendment till date), MES SSR 2020 with market variation and Market rates for items which are not available in above schedules. All market rates to be supported with minimum two budgetary offers. Complete all as specified and as per direction of Engineer-in-char e.
