Supply of the following items as per the specification under Scope of SupplyBOP Sheave AssemblyTo suit wire rope size is 3/4\"Notes: 1) Applicable Codes & Standards: Design, manufacture, inspection, testing, and certification of the Wheel Sheave Assembly shall comply with the latest applicable requirements of ABS Rules and relevant offshore lifting standards. All items shall be suitable for compliant with the MODU 1989. 2) Material Requirements: Structural plates shall be of ABS Grade A steel. Valid ABS Class Approval Certificate shall be provided for the plate materials. 3) Wheel Sheave Make & Certification: The Wheel Sheave shall be of McKissick make only. Valid ABS Approval Certificate – Mandatory Manufacturer’s Test Certificate (MTC) to be provided OEM Load Test Certificate to be provided OEM Visual and dimensional inspection Verification of material traceability Witnessing of proof load / load test as per OEM & ABS requirements 4) Drawings & Documentation: Vendor shall submit assembly drawings and detailed dimensional drawings along with the tender/quotation. Any dimensions required to be obtained by vendor through physical inspection at site. All drawings shall be submitted to ABS for review and approval prior to commencement of manufacturing.

5) Inspection & Testing: ABS approved NDT of all the welded joints of assembly’s. Third Party Inspection Agency (TPIA) will review all drawings, documents, and certificates at the TQ stage. Carry out inspection during manufacturing. Witness and certify Final Acceptance Testing (FAT) after completion of manufacturing. 6) Vendor Qualification & Experience: Vendor shall have proven experience in supplying Sheave Assemblies to offshore structures/ platforms, or drilling rigs within the last seven (7) years (copies of past purchase orders or completion certificates) shall be submitted along with the offer. 7) Delivery Schedule: Delivery of the complete Wheel Sheave Assembly, along with all approved documents and certificates, shall be within Seven (7) weeks from the date of Purchase Order.
