| 2 | Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning including vaccumiazation and nitrogen testing of suitable liquied & dicharge line (as per manufacture recommendations) of hard drawn refrigerant copper pipingfrom condensing system to Dx-type AHU. The refrigerant piping complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing / brazing including accessories, insulated with XPLE Class-O tubular insulation / with Class-O closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as given below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories as per specifications etc. as required.► The Copper Piping & Piping Circuit should be with Minimum Number of joints. which shall be attained by (i) Using One End Expanded Tubes (ii) Bending the tubes instead of using elbow joints wherever 90 degree bending is required.► Piping should be routed at site in such a manner, that brazed joints in the refrigeration piping are kept to a minimum.► The makes of tube fittings shall be same as that of tubes.► The thickness of fittings used shall be same as that of the pipe.The vendor shall accept the accepted rate as per the actual measured quantities. The quantity of these items of works shall be measured as per actuals requirements of site conditions. The size of refrigerant pipes shall be designed with the required size of copper pipes as per the manufacturer computer software selection and recommendations. |

| 5 | Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of air cooled condensing unit of capacity 11 TR inverter type scroll compressors with R-401A / R-407C or equilant permitted green refrigerant suitable for operation on 415 V +/- 10%, 3 Phase, 50Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The necessary expansion kit (AHU kit) shall be providedif necessay, for connecting Air Handling (AHU) system as specified in this BOQ under item no-3. The outdoor unit shall be provided with its own microprocessor control panel & provision for integration with local / remote control system for switcing operation of the system as required. The unit shall be designed in such a way that, cleaning of drain pan should be easy & inspection / replacement of compressor should be easy as and when need.The condensing unit shall be installed on suitable size of MS iron angle frame / civil constructed base frame with necessary anti vibration pads / mounts, bolts & nuts, fasteners etc., as required.Note: The condenser unit shall be installed at terrace ground floor of the building. The height of the building from ground will be around 10 feet. The AC unit shall be shifted using necessary crane with proper boom without damaging the building & other peripherals as per the site requirement considering all the safety aspect as required. |
| 6 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor type double skin air 15000 CFM handling units (AHU). The AHU shall be outer skin with 0.63 mm thick precoated G.I sheet & plain 0.63 mm thick inner G.I sheet with 40 mm thick injected puf insulation with Aluminium extruded frame work having thermal break profile with internal coving and suitable for hndlind 3 x 3 Nos.of DX type air cooling condensing unit having single / multiple compressor as stated under item 2.Filter Section with EU4 Pre Filter (box type/50mm) & EU7 Fine Filter (bag type/300mm) both mounted on common filter fram, 6 rows deep cooling coil made out suitable gauge copper tubes with drain pipe & UV Lamp & its mounting arrangement. AHU shall have 15000 CFM / 75 MM S.P / 5.5 kW x 2 nos / 4 Pole, Energy Efficient three phase squirrel induction motor, direct driven type backward curved Plug fans with IE-3 motor, SAD and mounted using anti-vibration isolation pads. The suitable rated VFD shall be supplied along with AHU and the VFD shall be installed in the existing Motor control center (MCC) at site with necessary control logic and integrated with exisitng DOL/Star delt starter as required.The unit shall be supplied with necessary electronic expansion valve/s (Dx), thermostats, light and limits switch all accessories including copper control cables if any as required. However, the necessary power cable between equipments & MCC will be supplied by CSIR-NAL as required. The AHU shall be installed on floor using necessary civil foundation or MS angle frame using necessary expansion bolts, fasteners etc., as required. The size of the AHU shall be fabricated to suite the existing plant room available at site. |
