Markings of centre line, Road edge lines on both side of Road with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint material conforming to MORT&H clause 803.4.2 and marking complete as per clause 803 of MORT&H specifications 2004 (up to date revision) (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Supply fixing and Erection of built-up cantilever structure of 6.00m span comprising of one vertical post of 6.00m high made up of 300mm NB heavy class M.S. pipe as vertical member welded with 10mm MS plate at top and 12mm MS plate at bottom. The horizontal truss shall comprise of 50mm dia heavy class MS pipe and 40 mm dia heavy MS pipe as bracing and 10mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design and drawing with one coat of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint. The work includes construction of RCC foundation of 900X900 mm of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including earth work in excavation ,100mm thick lean concrete in 1:4:8 cement and coarse sand and 40mm gauge stone ballast RCC with hand mixing in 1:2:4 cement coarse sand and 20 mm stone grit including cost of reinforcement ,shuttering and cantering complete as per direction of E/I. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Supply and fixing of retro reflective high intensity sign board on 2 mm aluminium sheet. As per MORTH specification (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Thermoplastic Compound (Repeated Bar)Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 5mm thick including refletorising glass beads@500 gms per sqm area thickness of 5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes.(For 66 to 80 Km per Hour Speed) (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
