| 4 | Erection, testing and commissioning of 11 kV RMU\"s in QF substation & Training school substation at FACT- UD township area.The scope of work includes disconnection & dismantling of existing load brake switch in these substations and replacing it with new CG Power & Industrial Solutions make 3 way RMU. RMU shall be anchored on MS channel / concrete plinth over the cable trench by foundation bolt of suitable size . The work shall be carried out as per the direction of the engineer in charge. Necessary modification on cable way / trenches, required civil work for proper installation, supply & fabrication of mounting structures and MS \"C\"channels if required are in the scope of contractor. |
| 5 | Removal of dismantled load break switches from Training school substation at FACT- UD township area without damaging any parts and transporting the same tostore/ material disposal yard or site as directed by the engineer in charge. Necessary arrangement for the transport of equipment will be under the scope of contractor. |
| 6 | Removal of dismantled load break switches from QF substation at FACT- UD township area without damaging any parts and transporting the same tostore/ material disposal yard or site as directed by the engineer in charge. | 7 | Supply of 3 x 95 sq mm 11 kV heat shrinkable indoor end termination kit. Make: Raychem / 3M / Denson |
| 8 | End termination of 3 x 95 sq mm cable and its connection on RMU. Sufficient 11 kV grade sleeves shall be used to insulate extra length on cable core upto socketing portion. Cable shall be properly placed in cable trench and clamped before terminal connections. |
| 9 | Supplying, installation, testing & comissioning of earth pit with by providing earthingas per IS 3043 with GI earthplate of size 600 x600 x 6 mm by embodying 3.5 mtr below the ground level with 40 mm dia GIB class perforated pipe including allincluding all accessories like nuts bolts reducer, nipple, wire meshed funnel, watering pipe and CC finished chamber covered with hinged typewith CI cover ,CI frame of size 300 X 300 mm and embodying the pipe complete with alternate layers of salt and coke /charcoal/bentonite powder testing earth resistance as required etc. |
| 10 | Excavation of soil by manual labour for installation of Earth Electrode as specified in activity UCE-TS-RMU-008. |
| 11 | Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip)30 cm long MS Flat (50 mm x 6 mm) on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required. |
| 12 | Connection of Earth busbar to earth electrode using 25 mm × 3 mm GI flat (Hot Dip) in horizontal / Verticalrun in Ground /surface / Recess including, riveting, soldering, saddles,making connection etc as required. |
| 13 | Connecting the equipment body to earth busbar using 25 mm x 3 mm GI flat(Hot Dip) through Ground /surface / Recess in horizontal / Verticalrun with proper clamps as required and connecting the same to equipment including drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. |
| 14 | Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode for looping of independent earth pits . The scope also includes connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring,washer etc. as required. |
