| 1 | Miscellaneous works such as fabrication / repairing and erection of gates & grills, repairing of canteen utilities, godown doors, reconditioning of valves & pusher discharge chute etc. |
| 2 | Fabricating the gates / grills/holding posts / hand rails /supports / goal posts /flag posts/ basketball boards and other items etc. as per the instruction of Site Engineer / Manager. |
| 3 | Erecting the fabricated / repaired gates, grills, holding posts and other items in Sl. No.1 as per the instruction of Site Engineer. |
| 4 | Dismantling the damaged / old gates/ grills and other items for repairing and replacing. |
| 5 | Dismantling of jacketed vessels (like rice cookers, curry vessels, milk cookers, tea vessels etc.) of kitchen in cafeteria, overhauling and erection of the same including water and steam connections. |
| 6 | Repairing and servicing utensils of canteen such as rice cooker, milk cooker, and other jacketed vessels, gas stove, trolleys ,wet grinders etc. |
| 7 | Reconditioning of product discharge chutes of pusher centrifuges in NAS plant |
| 8 | Repairing of Gate / Globe /Ball valves of size from 40 NB up to and including 50 NB of Class 150 & 300, Material SS, CS, Including the pressure testing of repaired valves as per the instruction of Engineer in charge. |
| 9 | Repairing of Gate / Globe /Ball valves of size from 80 NB up to and including 100 NB of Class 150 & 300, Material SS, CS, Including the pressure testing of repaired valves as per the instruction of Engineer in charge. |
| 10 | Leak arresting by patching / clamping / welding of CS water and steam lines of sizes 15 NB to 80 NB in the cafeteria.(Rate shall be quoted in man-days of 8 hours per day). |
| 11 | Miscellaneous works such as dismantling and servicing of machinery and equipment; dismantling and fixing of valves, dummies, and pipelines; and transportation of materials to and from the plant / workshop / stores, etc.(Rate shall be quoted in man-days of 8 hours per day). |
| 12 | Spot repairing / welding of gates grills for minor defects. |
| 13 | Dismantling of corroded structural items from all locations. |
