9	Dismantling AC/Aluminium/Zincalum ridge pieces andclearing away debris from the plant limit.
10	Chipping Acid proof bricks / Refractory bricks / Refractory castable etc. of any thicknessand stacking useful materials for reuse including disposal of debris within a distance of 150 m, cleaning the surface etc complete as per directions.
11	Dismantling AR bricks / Carbon bricks / Refractory bricks / Refractory castable etc. of any thickness & stacking useful materials for reuse including disposal of debris within a distance of 150 m, cleaning the surface etc.complete as per directions.
12	Chipping carbon brick lining carefully without causing any damage to the shells from the floors and side walls of storage tanks, vessels etc.& stacking the serviceable bricks if any, removing & conveying the debris up to a lead of 150 m including charges for necessary scaffolding etc.complete-for a thickness of 40 mm

17	Dismantling carefully the existing weather proof course of brick jelly concrete & roofing tiles over roof slabs at all heights including stacking the serviceable materials and depositing the debris to 150 m as per instructions.
18	Cleaning thestructural/other surface neatlyat all heights, manually with suitable tools or with high pressure water jet spray (using suitable mechanical means), and scraping if required, to remove the whole accumulateddust, rust, dirt etcas per departmental instructions.
19	Collecting spoil earth, debris etc.from site, conveying to places with an average lead of 1 KM by mechanical transport, dumping and forming embankment for filling, spreading in layers as per directions (20%deduction will be made if measured loose in lorries & from stack).
20	Clearing & cleaning all sizes of masonry drains (inside drain, top of side wall etc.)
21	Cleaning the dismantled acid proof bricks for lining works including removing mortar from the bricks by chipping without damaging the bricks & stacking for reuse.
22	Clearing sludge from septic tank & depositing it to suitable places by mechanical transport or by digging pit & filling back with earth, flushing the entire sewage line with water of adequate pressure, removing all debris etc. by engaging suitable type of men & tools after carefully removing cover slabs & closing the same after the completion of the work, sealing properly with cement plastering etc complete as per instructions. - Up to 5 Cu.m volume
23	Clearing sludge from septic tank & depositing it to suitable places by mechanical transport or by digging pit & filling back with earth, flushing the entire sewage line with water of adequate pressure, removing all debris etc. by engaging suitable type of men & tools after carefully removing cover slabs & closing the same after the completion of the work, sealing properly with cement plastering etc complete as per instructions - Above 5 Cu.m & up to 10 Cu.m volume
24	Clearing sludge from septic tank & depositing it to suitable places by mechanical transport or by digging pit & filling back with earth, flushing-Extra charges for every 5 Cu.m volume or part thereof (If volume is above 10 Cu.m)

29	RCC work in 1:1½:3 nominal mix using 20 mm and downgrade hard granite broken stone including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing etc.complete but excluding cost of form work & reinforcement works- For foundation footings, bottom & sides of trenches, equipment foundations, plinth beams, lintels, slabs, columns & beams etc.up to 5 m from ground level.
