Removing and refixing the door & window shutters/ frames, false ceiling, glass partition, shifting of all damaged materials including necessary repair works like planning, replacing the damaged wooden frames/styles including replacing wornout screws with new once all complete as directed by the Engineer. (Necessary screws and hardware item will be supplied by the Department at free of cost). Note Teakwood quantity paid separately under relevant item.

Providing and fixing glazing with 5mm thick clear Float glass pane in aluminium doors, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with Neoprene gasket including cost of neoprene gasket complete as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium (Anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 Minimum Anodic coating of grade AC 15) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS:733 and IS:1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required. (fittings, Glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately) Note : 1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fasteners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mittered Joints. 3) A long M.S rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.

Providing and fixing IS: 3564 marked Al die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer with necessary accessories and screws etc. in wooden doors / steel doors with necessary bolts & nuts Everite/ Hardwyn or approved equivalent make complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Swing type heavy quality top PIVOT for suspending aluminium door shutters of single or double leaf all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Swing type heavy quality bottom PIVOT for suspending aluminium door shutters of single or double leaf all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium tower bolts of size 250x10mm (Barrel Type) ISI marked (IS: 204) of approved make (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS:1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 4 Lever Dead/Mortice Lock ‘Godrej/Everite’ or other approved equivalent make suitable for aluminium door with a pair of keys complete all as per specification and drawings.

Supplying and fixing of Translucent film 3M or approved equivalent over glass complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
