Servicing of KEC Make VCB, cleaning the complete VCB with cleaning solvent and heating the complete VCB & Removing the moisture, Repairing of Mechanical system, repairing of lever, lock & lubrication & greasing the mechanical system for smooth operation ON & OFF. Checking the complete VCB with HT megger and Hi pot testing. assembling the same.

Heating the HT bus bar and remove the moisture and checking the Bus bar with Hi pot testing. Insulating the bas bar with moisture proof epoxy paint.

Providing and fixing of electronic IDMT Relay with complete wiring as per site requirement.

Calibration of relay with Primary injection set

Insulating the panel mounted insulator

Heating the complete HT CT set and remove the moisture and checking the CT With Hi pot testing Calibration the HT CT with secondary injection set

P/Fixing of indicating lamps

Replacement of power peck

Providing and fixing of Amp/KV meter with selector switch.

Providing and fixing of TNC Switch

Insulating of bus bar supporting HT insulator
