Repair/Renovation of 2 Nos. Sluice Gates of Size 1800 × 1800 mm in Inlet Chamber at Sayyed Nangloi SPS Taking out Sluice Gate from approx 30 ft deep inlet channel with help of long hydra crane by blocking the flow of incoming effluent with Gunny Bags & submersible pumps and diverting the same to other channel. Dismantling the gates with help of gas cutters, and holding them with chain pulley block with the help of expert manual labour.

Making working platform with wooden balli, fata, for safety and support of working staff inside channel.

Complete de silting of silt around Sluice Gate in inlet chamber with Heavy certified professional labour and taking out all the silt, debris, floating material etc. with all safety precautions.

Fabrication and installation of SS 304 spindle of approx 30 ft length with Couplers after dismantling old one with wall support blocks.

Renovation and Refurbishment of Complete Operating mechanism Head stock unit by dismantling the same incl Gear box arrangement, Bearing, Nut, damaged Spindle etc. Providing and fixing new Gears, Pinions, and Bearing, etc as required after dismantling old ones and installing new ones. Repairing of RCC. Foundation by chipping old RCC slab, casting new RCC mixture and fixing new MS Sheet. Grouting of new foundation bolts in RCC slab and MS Sheet for installation of the same

Arrangement of safety equipment as per NHRC guidelines and special arrangement of the same for sewer Works like portable Oxygen cylinders, Body Suits, Safety Belts, Oxygen masks, Body harness, Safety helmets etc.

Fabrication and installation of GM / Brass Nut as per new Spindle.

Fabricating and Grouting of wall stem guide supports, Couplers for spindle in chamber after Cleaning of Chamber with chemical & water jet spray by professional labour using all safety precautions so as to make it workable in 30 ft Deep channel.

Repairing, Grinding, Buffing of CI shutter and Chemical cleaning of entire gate after taking out from the sump including Reconditioning the same.

Complete alignment of spindle from Platform level to channel bottom level and balancing/ alignment of Gate for its proper movement manually.
