General Notes:1. Contractor shall inspect the site to acquaint with the site conditions as well as security conditions at AMD.2.The rates quoted shall include cost of all tools and tackles, manpower including wages, liveries, all wastages and taxes GST, Labour cess, IT, etc., as applicable but exclusive of EPF and ESI.EPF and ESI are reimbursable as per relevant clause.

Providing and fixingPowder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)work forwindow frames with extruded built up standardtwo track(68x32mm) [email protected]/m weightof approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, including after fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod all complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

Providing and fixingaluminium window shutter panels with mosquito proofstainless steel grade 304 wire mesh with 0.5 mm dia. wire and 18/16 aperture of approved manufactures and colour. The shutterframe shall be of powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)workwith extruded built up standardtubular 40x20mm section@ 0.61kg/m weightincluding necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc including providing and fixing wheels to shutters for movement with in two track frame, star locks. The stainless steel grade 304 wire mesh shall be of approvedmanufactures, all complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

Filling the gap upto 5 to 10 mm depth and 5 to 10 mm width in between aluminium/ stone/ wood frame and adjacent RCC/Brick/ Stone/ wood/ Ceramic/ Gypsum work by providing weather/ structural non sag elastomeric PU sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete, complying to ASTM C920, DIN 18540-F & ISO 11600 (Note: this item will be operated only where ever existing window jamb is not in plumb line)
