FLOORING AND TILING WORK Light Gray/White/Black Granite Rough granite as per approved samples. Providing and laying 20 mm thick, machine cut, fine chisel dressedstone slab in flooring, paving, treads, nosings,corbels and bands over 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1 : 5 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand),butt jointed with a joint width of not more than 1mm, in white cement mortar 1 : 2 ( 1 white cement : 2 stone dust) mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone slab complete. Rates are inclusive of laying the stone as per the patterns shown in the drawings. Rates shall be inclusive of arranging of samples of tiles, stones, granites removing of old granite stone etc as directed by the Consultants and the engineer in charge for approvals of the the same well in advance and prior to using them in works. All materials shall then match the quality, thickness, size,characteristics, technical parameters and make of the approved sample only. Deviation if found in the materials thereon, the material shall be liable for rejection in part or total.)

20mm thick sand faced cement plaster on walls upto height 10 metres above ground level consisting of 12mm thick backing coat of C.M. 1:3 (1-cement : 3-sand) and 8mm thick finishing coat of C.M. 1:1 (1-cement : 1-sand) etc. complete.

FLOORING AND TILING WORK Cobble (Granite) :- Providing and Laying of Cobble stone as per design for Vehicular movementos size 100 x 100 x 100mm and fixing with cement mortat (1:4) of thickness 25mm on over PCC Surface. As directed by the Engineer-in-Chagre.
